Delivery

FINE RUG & DÉCOR provide with Free ground shipping via FedEx or UPS; all shipments must be signed for. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 3-5 business days of purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us

 

Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send your items back to us in the same condition for refund or exchange, they were received within 15 days. We do not accept any returns after this time period.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer on all returned items.

 

Custom Order

Custom order cannot be returned, because they're custom made to your specifications. special order items may not be returned and are exchangeable against manufacturer's defects ONLY.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item return is received and checked in an email notification will be sent confirming your refund.  Credit for the purchase price of the item will automatically be applied to your account within 5-7 business days after receiving the product. The return shipping charges includes a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from your credit card refund.

 

Custom order Cancellations

Custom orders are in no returnable nor can they be canceled. 

When you place an order for a custom rug you should be 100% sure that you will be happy with the purchase. If you have any reservations about having a custom rug order made, please call or participate in our sample program. You can receive yarns and color poms to demonstrate the exact texture and color of the rug. Our design team can also make renderings for a small fee.

 

Freight Damage

Items damaged in transit are covered by the freight carrier. Should any shipping damage be noticed at the time of delivery either refuse the delivery or make the carrier leave a damage receipt with you. Should you notice shipping damage after delivery, keep all packing materials with the item and notify customer service immediately so that a claim may be filed and a replacement shipped. Procedures for freight damage claims vary from carrier to carrier though whenever possible.

 

Privacy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. any information you provide to us is strictly for our own use in conducting business with you. Your account and registration information will not be disclosed to any third party without your knowledge and consent.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
